返金ポリシーRefund Policy

本返金ポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、BitBIMが提供するソフトウェア製品の購入に関する返金条件を定めるものです。

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for software products sold by BitBIM.

1. デジタル製品の性質 / Nature of Digital Products

当方の製品はデジタルソフトウェア（ダウンロード配布）であり、物理的な商品ではありません。購入後にライセンスキーが自動的に発行されます。

Our products are digital software distributed via download and are not physical goods. A license key is automatically issued upon purchase.

以下のすべての条件を満たす場合に限り、全額返金を行います。

A full refund will be provided only when all of the following conditions are met:

購入日から14日以内であること / The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
ライセンスキーが未アクティベート（一度も使用されていない）であること / The license key has not been activated (never used).

以下のいずれかに該当する場合、返金には応じられません。

Refunds will not be provided in any of the following cases:

ライセンスキーがアクティベート済みの場合 / The license key has been activated.
購入日から14日を超えている場合 / More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
本ソフトウェアの利用規約（EULA）に違反してライセンスが無効化された場合 / The license was revoked due to a violation of the Terms of Service (EULA).

返金リクエストは通常5営業日以内に処理されます。返金は元のお支払い方法を通じて行われます。

Refund requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

当方の決済はLemon Squeezyを通じて処理されています。返金処理はLemon Squeezyの返金手続きに基づいて行われます。

Our payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Refund processing is subject to Lemon Squeezy's refund procedures.

当方は、本ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じます。

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised Policy becomes effective when posted on this page.
